1. The Service

TVfast provides a streaming service delivering live TV channels, movies, and series via an internet connection for personal, non-commercial use only.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to subscribe. By subscribing, you confirm all information provided is accurate and you are legally permitted to use the service in your country of residence.

3. Subscriptions & Payments

• Subscriptions are sold for fixed periods (3 months, 6 months, or 1 year)
• Full payment is required at the time of subscription
• Subscriptions are non-transferable and for personal use only
• Sharing credentials with unauthorised users is strictly prohibited

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to resell or redistribute the service, use it for any unlawful purpose, attempt to hack our servers, or share login credentials publicly.

5. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime. Occasional interruptions may occur due to maintenance or circumstances beyond our control.

6. Termination

We may suspend your subscription without notice for breach of these Terms. No refund will be issued for termination due to misuse.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
